We have a growing interest in the bi-directional relationship between tinnitus and mental health.

What session times do you offer?
Please use the contact us tab to enquire about appointment days and times, as these may vary.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
You do not need a referral to book an appointment. However, a letter from your GP or consent to access your records is useful.
What can I expect during my first session?
This is an opportunity for you to tell me more about yourself, what you struggle with and how you think I can help you. Usually we will be able to formulate a plan after the first session, although sometimes it may take more than one session.
How long is the first appointment?
The first appointment will be scheduled for 90 minutes. Follow-up appointments will be between 30 and 60 minutes.
Do you offer online or telephone consultations?
It is essential that our first appointment is in person. In certain circumstances follow-up appointments can be done via video call. I do not offer telephone consultations.
Do you do ADHD assessments?
Unfortunately I do not offer this service.
